At Carry the Cross Foundation, we are guided by our mission to honor and serve elderly men and women in their golden years—especially those who are vulnerable, isolated, or forgotten—by providing practical care, spiritual companionship, and dignified support, all in the name and spirit of Jesus Christ. We offer a continuum of services that are funded entirely through generous donations. From skilled medical partnerships to non-skilled volunteer led senior companion care and helping services, every act reflects our vision: A world where no senior spends their final chapters alone, afraid, or without the love of Christ reflected through compassionate hands and hearts. 

Below, we detail our offerings, ensuring dignity and grace in every interaction.

Your support Fuels the Fire for us to launch the following service programs in 2026:

1️⃣Golden Promise Direct-Care Fund

  When insurance refuses to pay, this fund covers skilled nursing, therapy, or hospice so the senior still gets the care their doctor ordered — no gaps, no bills, no fear. We collaborate with licensed home health providers to deliver professional, medically necessary services when insurance falls short or denies coverage. Through our Golden Promise Direct-Care Fund, we cover costs up to $3,000 per qualified senior annually.

2️⃣Care & Prayer Companion Program

  Our volunteer-led companionship bridges isolation with heart-to-heart connections, offering non-medical support that nurtures the soul and eases daily life: 

• Prayerful visits and phone calls, sharing Scripture, devotionals, or communion to combat loneliness.
• Companion services like conversation, reading aloud, or simply sitting in peaceful fellowship.
• Emotional and spiritual guidance, drawing from Jesus' spirit to provide hope amid final chapters.

  We provide practical, hands-on aid through dedicated volunteers, addressing everyday needs with selfless love:

• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery errands to maintain a dignified home.
• Transportation to appointments, church, or outings, ensuring mobility without dependence.
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, offered with respect and tenderness.
• Yard work, minor repairs, or technology help to keep living spaces safe and functional.

3️⃣ "You Are Not Forgotten" Senior Lifeline 

   24/7 toll-free prayer & care line answered by real humans — A 24/7 toll-free prayer & care line (answered by real humans, never AI) where any senior can call when they receive a denial letter, feel afraid, or simply need someone to listen and pray.

4️⃣ Cross-Bearer Network of Independent Providers  

   Nationwide alliance giving small, patient-first agencies the legal muscle, group contracting power, and referral pipeline they need to survive the insurance takeover.

5️⃣ Senior & Family Education Portal  

   Free video courses, guides, and live webinars teaching families exactly how to fight denials and trust God in the battle.

6️⃣ National Advocacy War Room 

   Full-time D.C. and state-capital team drafting legislation, supporting DOJ/FTC antitrust cases, and exposing predatory denials in the media.

7️⃣ Golden Appeal Warriors  

   Free appeal team (nurses + former insurance insiders + attorneys) fighting every-insurance denial. Year 1 goal: 1,000+ successful appeals so no senior ever gives up alone.

8️⃣ Annual “Carry the Cross” National Day of Prayer & Action  

   First Monday of October: churches nationwide praying, fasting, and flooding Congress until our elders are protected.
