Carry the Cross Foundation ("Foundation," "we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing compassionate care, spiritual companionship, and advocacy for elderly individuals. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly. Donor Privacy Commitment: We will not sell, share, or trade donors' names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to donors on behalf of other organizations. This applies to all information received by the Foundation, whether online, offline, or through electronic, written, or oral communications.

• Personal Information: Data by which you may be identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, or any other identifier (e.g., from donation forms, volunteer sign-ups, contact inquiries, or grant applications).

• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from communications via links in emails or by contacting us. Withdraw consent for processing at any time.

• State-Specific Rights: Residents of certain states (e.g., California under CCPA/CPRA, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others with comprehensive privacy laws) may have rights to confirm processing, access/delete/port correct data, data portability, opt out of targeted advertising/sales/profiling. We do not "sell" data or engage in targeted advertising based on sensitive information. To exercise rights or appeal decisions, submit a verifiable request via email or mail. We respond within 45 days (extendable).
• GDPR Rights: EU/UK residents may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, or request portability. Contact us to exercise these.

California's "Shine the Light" law allows requests for third-party marketing disclosures (we do not share for such purposes). Nevada residents: We do not sell data triggering opt-out requirements.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website and related services (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Processed securely; non-refundable except as required by law. Tax receipts provided per IRS guidelines.

We are not responsible for external sites.

You indemnify us for claims from your violations.
