A nationwide alliance of independent doctors, pharmacists, home health agencies, therapists, dentists, and everyday Americans who refuse to let corporate healthcare destroy patient care.

2. Cross-Bearer for Our Elderly – “You Are Not Forgotten”
A direct-action program that guarantees every senior receives the full care their doctor orders — even when insurance denies or pays below cost. Starting in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and expanding nationwide beginning January 2026.
How it works:
- Doctor orders 6 PT visits, but Medicare Advantage approves only 3 → the home health agency delivers all 6.
- We fight the insurance appeal with our free “Golden Appeal Warriors” team.
- If the insurer still refuses or pays below the provider’s actual cost → the Foundation issues a need-based grant that covers the verified shortfall so the agency is made whole at fair market rates. Same principle applies to skilled nursing, therapy, hospice, medications, wound care supplies, and other medically necessary services.

- Volunteer companions for prayer, fellowship, errands, and light housekeeping
- Free expert appeal team that overturns denials
- Public stories & videos of seniors we’ve helped (shared only with explicit permission and full HIPAA compliance)
All assistance is patient-focused and awarded on a need-based basis to seniors who would otherwise be unable to receive the full doctor-ordered care due to insurance limitations or financial hardship. Eligibility is determined case-by-case by the Foundation in furtherance of our charitable mission and in full compliance with IRS guidelines and federal anti-kickback laws. No payment or incentive is ever offered for referrals.
3. National Advocacy War Room
A full-time team in Washington, D.C. and state capitals that turns every story and every denied visit into ammunition to fix the system for good.
We collect nationwide data on:
- Denials, prior authorizations, clawbacks, below-cost reimbursements
- Network exclusions, closures, vertical integration by insurers, PE firms, and mega-nonprofits
- Wages, benefits, steering, lobbying dollars, and hidden connections
We use it to:
- Draft and pass PBM reform, site-neutral payments, and transparency laws
- Support DOJ/FTC antitrust cases against mega-mergers
- Expose predatory practices on podcasts, short videos, interviews, and national media
- Write powerful letters to Congress, CMS, and state regulators — signed by doctors, pharmacists, home health owners, and patients together
